What is a Mastermind?

FOR ENTREPRENOURS AND FOUNDERS

A Mastermind is a small, carefully selected peer group designed to help experienced founders and leaders grow through shared insight, accountability, and perspective.

Each member brings their own background, challenges, and expertise to the table.
Through open discussion, feedback, and collective problem-solving, everyone gains new clarity, energy, and direction.

It’s not a class or a course – it’s a conversation among equals, where experience meets honesty and ideas turn into action.

What the Mastermind is About

The Next Step Mastermind is a private circle for founders and entrepreneurs who are scaling companies, raising capital, or leading teams in an international context.

We meet once a month in structured sessions that combine strategy, reflection, and real-world problem-solving.

Typical topics include:

  • Scaling and leadership challenges
  • Fundraising, investor relations, and exits
  • Balancing growth, creativity, and personal life
  • Long-term vision and founder alignment

It’s about growing as a person and a leader, not just as a company.

READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This group is not for everyone. It’s built on trust, honesty, commitment, and contribution – the quality of the group depends entirely on the people in it.

It’s not a place to sell or pitch your products or services to other members.
However, deep bonds often form, and it’s common to see lasting partnerships and friendships emerge from this kind of group.

Before signing up, make sure you’re ready to:

  • Show up consistently every month.
  • Share your challenges openly and without ego.
  • Contribute with your experience and perspective.
  • Respect confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Understand that if you miss two meetings in a year, your spot may be replaced.

Support a balanced group dynamic – ensuring diversity across industries and avoiding internal competition.

There’s no membership fee, but there is a high bar for engagement, mindset, and integrity.

HOW DOES A MASTERMIND WORK

A mastermind group is 4–6 people who meet regularly to share progress, challenges, and get honest feedback. Everyone supports, pushes, and holds each other accountable.

Rules: Confidential, stay focused, give honest input, and show up every time.

Duration: 90 minutes

1. Check-in (10–15 min)
Each person shares one win or update since last time. 2–3 minutes per person.

2. Individual Rounds (60 min)
One by one, each member shares 10–12 minutes per person:

  • What they’ve done since the last meeting
  • Their current challenge
  • What kind of help they want from the group
  • What they commit to before the next meeting

3. Wrap-up
(10–15 min)
